Just one example of this type of hiring process: □ That's right: They BACK OUT of the interview process in order to preserve their mental wellbeing. □ According to many comments on LinkedIn, some companies are making entry-level ux and product designers jump through so many hoops in the hiring process that the candidates need to opt-out of the process in order to keep their sanity.
